Meet our newly promoted Assistant Vice President/Digital Banking Officer, Hannah Phelps!

From registering new online banking users to setting up Merchant Capture at your business, Hannah is your go-to person for all of your business banking and digital banking needs.  She is often that friendly and helpful person on the other side of your customer service emails and phone calls, too.

“I’m excited to continue the growth of our digital banking program. I look forward to bringing new products to our customers that will improve their banking experience. I greatly appreciate the opportunity I’ve been given!” exuded Phelps.

Hannah Phelps was born and raised in Somerset, KY and is a 2016 graduate of Pulaski County High School.  In 2019, she earned her Bachelor’s in Management, with a focus on Business Administration, from Western Kentucky University.  Additionally, in the spring of 2022, she attended the Graduate School of Banking, through the University of Wisconsin, for Digital Banking.  Hannah has been a contributor to the First & Farmers team for six years in a variety of roles.  Most recently she is serving as the primary lead on the development of the bank’s new website and the migration of the bank’s online and mobile banking platform.  She enjoys assisting with the bank’s community outreach, including veteran appreciation events and financial literacy lessons in the elementary schools.
