Like many of you we continue to monitor news reports regarding the spread of COVID-19 and the proper steps to protect the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and communities. I want to ensure all our customers the bank has taken, and will continue to take, steps recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to make our locations as safe as reasonably possible.
I would ask you, our customers, to assist us in this process by utilizing many of our digital banking products including: internet banking with bill-pay, remote deposit, and mobile banking. When circumstances do not allow one of these options, please utilize one of the bank’s many drive-through lanes to transact business. Your need to access cash can also be met 24/7 through one of our many ATMs.
I recognize many of our customers may find the coming weeks challenging due to sudden business reduction or temporary loss of employment.
