Emerging Leadership Intern

Are you ready to fast-track your career in banking? As a participant in our Bank Leadership Development Program (LDP), you’ll embark on an exciting internship through our Flight Academy, rotating across key departments and working alongside the bank’s leaders. This program is designed to give you hands-on experience, leadership development, and a 360-degree view of internal banking operations.

Application Process:

Interested candidates may apply by accessing the provided link or scanning the QR code. Applicants who successfully advance past the initial interview stage will be invited to participate in a second-round panel interview. This panel will include senior leaders from key departments across the bank, offering candidates a valuable opportunity to engage with decision-makers and gain deeper insight into our organizational culture.

  • What are the hours?
    It is a 40-hour work week.
  • Is there a set schedule?
    Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • How should I dress?
    You can expect to dress professional/business casual.
  • Is there a timeframe for the internship?
    It runs for 10 weeks.
  • What are the start/end dates for the internship?
    The internship will begin on Thursday, May 21, 2026, and will conclude on Friday, July 31, 2026.
  • How many interns are you planning to hire?
    Two is our ideal number.
  • Where is the internship located?
    The internship will take place at our Corporate Office in Somerset, KY. Some travel will be required to our other local locations: Albany, Burkesville, or Columbia.
