Fraudulent phone calls are going out, claiming to be from Amazon or other retailers, saying that customers have an unauthorized charge to their account and asking them to press a key to speak to a representative. The victim is then allegedly connected to a bank representative. This person DOES NOT work at First & Farmers! Do not give them any information! If you wish to check on a charge to your account, please call the bank’s published phone number.
