FFNB Burkesville employees Rebecca Bow and Matt Hurt spent Thursday morning interacting with 8th graders at Cumberland County Middle School as they completed real life scenarios in the Reality Store. This program is designed for students to get an in-depth look at having a career, managing checking accounts, buying a home, and all other expenses accrued from a month's perspective. We appreciate the opportunity to be involved with a great program for the students in our community! ... See MoreSee Less

Let's give a warm welcome to the newest member of our team, Randy Reynolds, who is joining us as AVP/BSA Officer!

Randy was born and raised in Pulaski County, near the Woodstock community, and is a 1984 alumnus of Pulaski County High School. He is a graduate of Centre College where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management. In 2000, he graduated from the Kentucky Bankers Association’s General Banking School. He brings with him almost 30 years of banking experience, most recently serving as Chief Operations Officer at another bank. From bookkeeping to the teller line to security officer to information technology officer, with a slew of other roles in-between, Randy has extensive first-hand knowledge of almost every aspect of the operations side of banking.

“I’m delighted to have the opportunity to work with these fine people at a community bank serving my hometown,” Randy stated.

Randy shares in First & Farmers’ commitment to his community and strives to highlight the bank’s mission to demonstrate responsible corporate citizenship. He serves as a minister for the Etna Church of Christ in Eubank. Randy’s wife, Cathy, works at Science Hill Independent School. They have two children- Adam, who attends the University of Kentucky College of Engineering, and Hannah, who attends Pulaski County High School.

FFNB President and CEO Terry Pugh stated, “Randy comes to us with the skills necessary to ensure the bank’s compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations. Compliance with these federal regulations is very important to our bank and in an indirect way helps keep our community safer. His education and professional experience will serve our bank well as we continue to enhance our management team.”

We are glad to have you here, Randy!
